vertexControl for vertices in a triangular mesh

Detailed description
Hi,
I am just getting acquainted to you new package rglwidgets. What I am trying to do is to update the vertices (of a triangular mesh) after a deformation using vertexContol. While this works nicely if I render only the vertex coordinates (spheres3d, points3d). It gives weird results if I use shade3d. Is there something I am missing?

OK, I solved it:
be the mesh myobj[1] in my scene and
be x the vector of new x values and it the meshes triangle indices, then it is
vertexControl(t(x[it]),1:length(it),attributes=c("x"),objid=myobj[1])
