Plotting doesn't work with factors

Detailed description
Plotting phylo4d objects that have factor data should at the very least indicate that the data is a factor.

I'm not sure the best way to plot factor data. Should we just print out the factor values e.g. 'Red', 'Blue'...

Just printing the factor values seems like a good place to start.

Not to hijack the factor data issue, but in the same vein, it might also be nice to handle logical data in a special way. Currently logical TRUE/FALSE are just treated as numeric 1/0, which is okay, but a graphical representation that highlights the binary nature of the data would be really nice. Maybe all medium circles (say, half the diameter of the max size), with dark fill for TRUE and no fill for FALSE? Or possibly even a different shape, to emphasize the distinction from numeric data?
