It is clearly useful, yet not very well documented, to create a phylo4 by writting directly the edge matrix. The ape documentation is not enough to be sure the created @edge will be valid. Eventually, a tree can be created without warnings, with the correct edges in @edge but not in the correct order, and originate a segfault while plotting.
