Did you solve it?
I suggest DO NOTmake the data frame inside ther regression model. do that separately, then inspect the result.

Then try to fit a MUCH SMALLER model first.

Hi, I am running mvProbit model with four dependent variables. The estimated model after invoking mvProbit is: estresults<-mvProbit(cbind(contact_person, courier_company, banks, mobile_phone)~location+hh_gender+Head_noeduc+Head_primary+Head_secondary+Head_tertiary+age_16_24+age_25_45+age_46_60+income_1_100000+income_over_100001+amountsent_500_50000+amountsent_50001_200000+amountsent_200001_500000+amountsent_above_500001+informalincome+formalincome,data=as.data.frame(cbind(xMat,yMat)),tol = 0.5 ). With this estimation I get an error: "Error in cbind(xMat, yMat): object xMat not found". In generating Xmat and yMat Matrices after a lot of guessing on beta and sigma coefficients the model runs but marginal effects fail to run. Could there be a problem with my data set? Will appreciate any help.

Kind regards,

Deo

Hi,

I'm estimating mvprobit with 5 dependent variables but when I run the model and get the summary, only three dependent variables are reported. I can't figure out what the problem could be! Kindly assist.

Thanks,
Kelvin
