o **first CRAN release**
o the 'printDetail' argument for 'LSopt' now recognises
TRUE and FALSE (as before), but also an integer 'i'
greater than 1. In the latter case, information on the
best solution is printed at every 'i'th step.
o minor cleanups in documentation

o small changes in vignette 'Repairing solutions'
o small internal changes in 'GAopt' and 'DEopt'
(auxiliary functions like 'switch' and 'shift' have been
