I have got some R scripts which are not very efficient but the ideas are there ... Well the methodology has been published in a few papers (visit c3s2i.free.fr/DidierGLeibovici) and a maybe too straightforward implementation has ben used. I am thinking now of using more of 1) spatial indexing 2) parallel programming when browsing the spatial processes to gather the "queried" oreder k-co-occurrences counts.
