Recent LaTex errors in the linux build log resulted from a temporary misconfiguration and have now been fixed

Only packages rebuild between 2017-10-09 17:00 and 2017-10-10 09:00 are affected:
bamlss, NISTO, Roptanimation, nltestprob, gradmin, NISTopt, effects, disttree, rgdal, metamisc, rgl, CHNOSZ

Maintainers can safely ignore those errors and issue a rebuild without any changes.
